Studio in the Park
The main facility for the Art Guild of Louisiana is the Studio in the Park. This BREC building is located in Cedarcrest Park in Baton Rouge.

Description
When school is out for the holidays and you want to plan a special day with a child – or two – in your
life, we have just the thing!! Santa’s helpers Betty Gravois and Kay Bailey are on their way back from the North Pole with more gift projects for another fun annual adult/child creative adventure. The goal of the workshop is to allow parents, aunts, grammys, friends, etc. whoever is the adult to bring one or more of their little ones to the Studio in the Park. Besides bonding time, we will encourage the kids to prepare for gift giving as well as tapping into their creative skills.
Each participant (child & adult) will receive the following five (5) project packets: Apron (choice of adult or child size), Terracotta pot for plant (plant included), Jingle Bell door knob hanger, Holiday cards (3 blank/per person), Decorative birdhouse. The registration fee includes most of the supplies needed for each of the gift projects.
DON’T DELAY! THIS WORKSHOP FILLS UP QUICKLY. SPACE AND SUPPLIES ARE LIMITED.
Projects are targeted for children 7 or above (Adults can be any age!)
Maximum two children per one adult with a maximum of 20 in the class.

Supplies provided:
- A variety of holiday papers and stickers
- Paint brushes
- Paint
- Modge Podge
- Price includes a package of materials to make:
- Aprons
- Terracotta pots and plants

- Birdhouses
Supplies participants should bring:
- appropriate level of scissors
- apron(s)
- paper towels or baby wipes
- lunch/snack
